About Me

Koshi, born and raised in Japan, embarked on a nomadic life overseas starting in high school.

With experiences studying in countries such as the Philippines, the United States, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, and Malaysia, Koshi continually refines a unique sensibility from both Japanese and international perspectives.

During a stay in Thailand, Koshi found themselves caught up in the COVID-19 crisis. Amidst the challenges, they pursued studies in web design and photography.

Even after completing the courses in 2020, Koshi remained active and continued to build their portfolio.

In 2021, a collaboration with the boutique Soseisoudou in Hokkaido, Japan, led to recognition, and his photograph was featured in a special Soseisoudou section in the Canadian magazine Haute.

In 2023, Koshi relaunched his website as a photographer, showcasing his evolving body of work.

This was my first time having a photoshoot with Koshi, and I was truly moved when I saw the finished photos. The images captured a completely different side of me, unlike my usual atmosphere. Throughout the shoot, Koshi created a cheerful and uplifting atmosphere, providing pose guidance that made me feel relaxed. I am grateful to Koshi, the photographer, for introducing me to a new aspect of myself!

In the photography sessions, there was a strong commitment to the concept of “sheep clothing,” skillfully capturing the grandeur of nature as a backdrop. I was impressed by the careful attention to detail in creating a vibrant contrast with the verdant background, allowing the clothing to take center stage. Moreover, there was a talent for cultivating a relaxed atmosphere, effortlessly incorporating natural smiles with the help of light-hearted jokes.
