THE GIRL IN HO CHI MINH
was filmed in two cities in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh and Vung Tau, in 2023. The model for the series is my best friend Haruka. Although she is always smiling, the series skillfully captures the feelings and emotional delicacy as she experiences heartbreak and strives to find new love. The photos convey a poignant expression while radiating a sense of energy. Despite facing sadness, she bravely confronts it and moves forward.

behind the scenes of thai Wedding
I curated a collection of photographs taken during a wedding in Thailand, capturing the joy of my close friend’s special day. This series celebrates the charming and cool bridesmaids, enveloped in happiness, as they commemorated the wedding day.
DYNAMIC VIETNAM
Continuously evolving, Ho Chi Minh City and the coastal town of Vung Tau, just two hours away, are not just cool in a detached sense but exude a stylish and hip vibe. Every scene captured pulsates with energy in these dynamically moving Vietnamese cities, showcasing the ongoing vibrancy of Vietnam.

AND ANIMAL WARMTH
In Australia, I encountered the contrasting elements of a slightly chilly urban environment and the warm, gentle animals. Perhaps, Australia’s essence lies in embracing everything on a grand scale. I struggled a bit to capture the effective contrast between the coldness of the urban scenes and the heartwarming presence of the animals.
THE MYSTERIOUS BOY IN AUSTRALIA
A mysterious boy, stylish and cool, yet behind the sunglasses, one wonders about the thoughts and life he leads. When the sunglasses come off, the series expresses a hint of solitude and loneliness, akin to the flickering light of a candle in the brightness.
KOSHI × SOSEISOUDOU
was born from a collaboration with the sheep studio “SOSEISOUDOU” in Bifuka, Hokkaido, in 2022. Featuring my close friend NATSU as the model, these commercial photographs were created to promote the sheep apparel offered by the studio. While serving a commercial purpose, the collection is distinguished by its artistic expressions and hues capturing the grandeur of Bifuka’s nature. One of these images was also featured in the Canadian magazine ‘Haute.’
ALIVE IN JAPAN
capturing the beauty shaped by Japan’s nature, showcasing the dynamic vitality of trees asserting their existence. The collection embodies the animistic perspective of nature held by the Japanese, intertwined with the divine. Numerous moments of art blend seamlessly into everyday scenes.
ISLAND
AND THE BEAUTY
is an indispensable collection in my photography career because it marks my first venture into portrait work. The project captures the ever-changing expressions of Thailand’s beautiful sea throughout the day. Additionally, the collection features the versatile beauty of the model, reminiscent of a Barbie doll, who presents various faces. Of course, I’ve also included a bit of the eccentric cuisine to evoke the feeling of being on a journey. Enjoy the collection as if you’re traveling with me.
